Definition - Banning Order
Section
14(4), Football Spectators Act 1989 – an order made by the court
which;
- in relation to
regulated football matches in England and Wales,
prohibits the person who is subject to the order from
entering any premises for the purpose of attending such
matches, and
- in
relation to regulated football matches outside England and
Wales, requires that person to report at a police station.
